This prototype is still a mystery. Simply labeled "Colors PAL", it appears
to be some sort of diagnostic tool for checking colors on a PAL system.
Upon power up the screen shows a rainbow pattern of colors in various
shades and emits a loud tone. Pressing select will cycle between
several screens of solid colors, then will go back to the main color pattern
(minus the tone). My best guess was this was used by programmers
to check colors when converting games from NTSC to PAL. If you have
more information on this prototype let me know.
