StargateOriginal System: Atari 5200
Although the Atari 5200 version of Stargate was never released it was still ported to the Atari 400/800 where it also went unreleased. It's unknown why neither version never made it out the door, but Atari may have had concerns about the choppy gameplay due to all the moving objects on the screen.The only difference between the two versions is that the Atari 400/800 proto has a copyright message on the bottom of the title screen while the 5200 does not due to it already being displayed on the splash screen.
